These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the ToolNova website and software products (the “Services”). By purchasing, downloading, or using our software, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. Who we are

ToolNova (“we”, “us”, “our”) builds desktop, web and mobile applications. You can reach us at contact@toolnova.org.

2. Licenses

When you buy a product, we grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to install and use it on the number of devices included in your plan (for example, 1 device or 2 devices). Your license key is personal to you.

• You may move a license between your own devices by deactivating one to free a seat.
• You may not share, resell, sublicense, or publish your license key.
• Activations are enforced against your plan’s device limit.
• Unless stated otherwise, purchases are one-time and include updates within the current major version.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to reverse engineer, decompile, circumvent licensing, or use the Services to break the law or infringe others’ rights, except where such restriction is prohibited by applicable law.

4. Payments

Payment is made directly to ToolNova by local bank transfer, remittance or crypto. After you send your payment and share the payment proof (via WhatsApp or email) with your order reference, we issue your license key and deliver it to your email or number. Prices are shown on each product page; any taxes applicable in your jurisdiction are your responsibility.

5. Refunds

Refunds are handled under our Refund Policy. Approved refunds are returned to the original payment method you paid from.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including all software, branding and content, are owned by ToolNova and its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. These Terms grant you a license to use the software, not ownership of it.

7. Disclaimers

The Services are provided “as is” and “as available” without warranties of any kind, to the fullest extent permitted by law. We do not warrant that the Services will be uninterrupted or error-free.

8. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ToolNova will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for loss of data or profits, arising from your use of the Services. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

9. Termination

We may suspend or terminate a license that breaches these Terms (for example, key sharing or fraud). You may stop using the Services at any time.

10. Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by the “Last updated” date above. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
